Team & billing
Invite teammates, give them roles, watch your usage, and manage your plan and payment — all in a few clicks.
This is where you take care of the people side and the money side of Calleague. You can invite the people you work with, decide what each of them is allowed to do, keep an eye on how much you are using, and pick the plan that fits you. Everything happens on simple screens — you never need any technical know-how.

Inviting your team
Most businesses are more than one person, so you can bring your teammates in to help.
- Open the Team area.
- Click Invite teammate.
- Type their email address.
- Choose what they are allowed to do (their role).
- Click Send invite.
Your teammate gets an email, follows the link, sets a password, and they are in. You can invite as many people as you need, and you can remove someone at any time if they leave.
Think of it like handing out keys. Some people get a key to everything, and some get a key to just one room. You decide who gets which key.
Roles — who can do what
A role simply decides how much a person can see and change. This keeps things tidy and safe, so the right people handle the right tasks.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner / Admin | Full control. Can manage assistants, people, the plan and payment. |
| Member | Works day to day — looks after assistants and calls, but not billing. |
| Viewer | Can look at calls and reports, but cannot change anything. |
You can change someone's role whenever you like. For example, you might start a new employee as a Viewer while they learn, then move them up later.
Watching your usage
The usage screen shows you, in plain numbers, how much your assistants have been working — things like how many calls were handled and how many minutes were spent. This helps you in two ways:
- You can see how busy your assistants are.
- You know roughly where you stand before your bill arrives, with no surprises.
A clinic, for example, can glance at this page on Monday morning and instantly see how many appointment calls the assistant handled over the weekend.
Choosing your plan
Calleague has a few plans so you only pay for what you need. You can start small and grow.

| Growth | A busy business that wants more calls and more assistants. |
| Enterprise | Larger companies that need the most capacity and extra support. |
You begin with a free trial, so you can try Calleague before paying anything. When you are ready, you pick a plan from the billing screen and confirm. You can move up or down between plans later as your needs change.
Not sure which plan is right? Start with the free trial. You will quickly get a feel for how much you use, and you can always change plans afterwards.
Paying
Paying is quick and familiar.
- Go to the Billing area.
- Pick the plan you want.
- Enter your card details on the secure payment screen.
- Confirm.
Turkish payment methods are fully supported, so you can pay the way you are used to. Your invoices are kept in the billing area, so you can look them up whenever you need them — for your accountant, for example.
Your payment details are handled on a secure screen. Calleague keeps your information private and protected.
