Getting started

Sign in to Calleague and take a friendly tour of everything you can do.

Welcome! Calleague gives you friendly AI voice assistants that answer and make phone calls for you. An assistant talks to your callers naturally — it listens, understands what they want, answers questions, and can even do things for you, like booking an appointment or passing the call to a person.

The best part: you set everything up by clicking buttons in the app. You don't need any technical skills, and you can't break anything by exploring. Let's take a look around together.

💡

Everything in Calleague is point-and-click. If you can use email or a phone, you can use Calleague.

  1. Open your web browser and go to app.calleague.ai.
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
  3. The first time you visit, you'll start a free trial — no payment needed to look around.

That's it. You're in.

A tour of what you see

Once you're signed in, you'll land on your main screen. Here is what the different areas mean, in plain words.

Your Calleague dashboard

  • Assistants — These are your AI helpers. Each one has a name, a personality, and a voice. You can have several, each for a different job (for example, one for appointments and one for orders).
  • Calls — A running list of every phone call. While a call is happening you can watch the words appear on screen, and afterward you can read what was said or listen to the recording.
  • Numbers — The phone numbers connected to your assistants. This is the number your customers dial.
  • Settings — Where you manage your account, invite your team, connect your other tools, and look after your plan and payment.

Take your time clicking around. Nothing is sent to your customers until you connect a real phone number and turn an assistant on.

A simple example

Imagine a small dental clinic. The phone rings all day with people asking, "Are you open Saturday?" and "Can I book a cleaning?"

With Calleague, you create an assistant named "Reception", tell it your opening hours and how to book appointments, give it a warm voice, and connect your phone number. Now, when someone calls, the assistant answers kindly, gives the right answer, and books the appointment — even after hours. You see every call in your list and can listen back any time.

What to do next

You're ready to build your first assistant. Follow these steps in order:

  1. Create your first assistant — give it a name, a personality, and a voice.
  2. Connect a phone number — so it can answer (and make) calls.
  3. Make your first call — try it out and watch the magic happen.
