What is Calleague?

Welcome! Calleague gives you friendly AI voice assistants that answer and make phone calls for you. Think of it as a tireless helper who picks up the phone, talks with your callers in a natural voice, understands what they need, and helps them — day or night.

You set everything up in a simple app in your web browser at app.calleague.ai. You do not need any technical skills. If you can fill in a form and click a few buttons, you can build your own assistant.

What is it, really?

Your assistant is like a polite, well-trained person who works the phone for you. When someone calls, the assistant:

• Listens to what the caller says.
• Understands what they want.
• Answers their questions in a warm, natural voice.
• Takes action when needed — for example, books an appointment, looks something up, or passes the call to a real person on your team.

It can speak in 32 languages, including Turkish. So your callers can simply talk, the way they would with any helpful person.

• Connect your other tools — link the tools you already use (like your customer list or calendar) so the assistant can really help during a call.
• Set up automations — let routine things happen on their own, like sending a follow-up message or logging a call.
• Invite your team — add teammates, give them roles, and manage your plan and payment together.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Your calls and the written records of them are kept private and protected. You decide whether calls are recorded, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Calleague follows Türkiye's KVKK and Europe's GDPR privacy rules.
