Your voice assistant

A friendly helper that answers and makes phone calls for you, in your own words.

Think of your voice assistant as a calm, patient team member who is always ready to answer the phone. It talks to your callers in a warm, natural voice, understands what they need, and helps them — day or night, without ever getting tired.

You set everything up in the app at app.calleague.ai. You don't need any technical skills. If you can fill in a simple form, you can build an assistant.

What your assistant does every day

Your assistant is here to make phone calls easier for you and your customers. Here is what it does:

  • Answers your calls — When someone phones in, the assistant picks up right away and greets them kindly.
  • Understands what they want — It listens to the caller speaking normally, in everyday words. No buttons to press, no robot voice. People can just talk.
  • Answers questions — Opening hours, prices, directions, "Do you have this in stock?" — your assistant replies clearly and politely.
  • Takes actions — While still on the call, it can book an appointment, look something up, or save a new record for you.
  • Hands the call to a person — When a call needs a human touch, the assistant passes it smoothly to you or a teammate.
💡

A dental clinic can let its assistant book and move appointments. A small shop can let its assistant take simple orders and answer "Are you open today?". You decide what your assistant is allowed to do.

You shape how it behaves

The best part: you tell the assistant how to act, in plain language. There is nothing to program — you just write it the way you would explain it to a new employee on their first day.

For example, you might write:

"You are Aylin, the friendly receptionist for Sunrise Dental. Greet callers warmly. Help them book or change appointments. Tell them we are open 9 to 6 on weekdays. If someone sounds upset or asks for the dentist, pass the call to a person."

That is it. The assistant follows your instructions on every single call. You can rewrite them any time, and the change takes effect on the next call.

Setting one up

  1. Sign in at app.calleague.ai and click New assistant.
  2. Give it a name (this is just for you, so you can recognise it).
  3. Write its instructions — its personality and what it should help with, in your own words (see the example above).
  4. Pick a voice and a language that suit your business.
  5. Choose whether it answers incoming calls, makes outgoing calls, or both.
  6. Save, then connect a phone number to it (just a few clicks).

Once it is connected, give your number a test call. You will hear your assistant answer — and you can keep adjusting its instructions until it sounds just right.

Where to go next

  • How a call works — see, in simple terms, what happens the moment someone calls.
  • Languages — your assistant speaks 32 languages, including Turkish and English.
  • Call recordings and Transcripts & history — review every call and see exactly what was said.
