See your calls

Read your call inbox at a glance — who called, which assistant answered, when, and whether the call is live, done, or missed.

Every call your assistant handles lands in one tidy list: the Calls (Inbox) screen. This is where you keep an eye on what's happening on the phone — calls happening right now, calls that finished, and calls nobody reached. You don't need to refresh or hunt; it's all on one page.

Picture the inbox like the call log on a phone, but smarter: it also tells you which assistant answered and how each call turned out.

What you'll do here

Open Calls from the left menu, read the list (caller, assistant, time, status), spot a Live call in progress, and click any call to open it in full.

Open and read your inbox

Open the Calls screen

In the left menu, click Calls. (You can also reach it from the Calls & Inbox card on Home by clicking Open inbox.)

You'll see the Calls (Inbox) screen, with Calls highlighted in the menu so you know where you are.

Read the list

The ① calls list fills the page. Each row is one call, and the four columns tell you everything at a glance.

The Calls (Inbox) list with Caller, Assistant, Time, and Status columns

You'll see columns for Caller (the phone number), Assistant (which assistant answered, e.g. Support or Appointment), Time (how long ago, e.g. now or 2 min ago), and Status.

Check the status of each call

The Status badge on the right tells you what state the call is in. There are three:

  • Live (blue) — the call is happening right now.
  • Done (green) — the call finished normally.
  • Missed (red) — nobody connected to the caller.

You'll see, for example, a Live call from +90 532… answered by Support "now", and a Missed call further down the list.

Open a call to see everything

Click any row to open that call in full. A live call lets you follow along as it happens; a finished call shows you what was said.

You'll land on the Call detail page — the transcript, the recording, and a short summary. That page is covered in Read a call.

The list updates on its own. When a new call comes in, it appears at the top with a Live badge — no need to refresh the page.

Handling a live call

A Live badge means a caller is on the line with your assistant right this second. Click that row to open it and follow the conversation as it unfolds. This is handy when you want to keep half an eye on important calls — for example, a clinic watching booking calls during a busy morning — while your assistant does the talking.

A Missed call usually means the caller hung up before connecting, or rang outside the times your assistant answers. It's worth a quick look so you can call the person back if needed.

Finding a particular call

As your list grows, scan the columns to find what you need: look down the Caller column for a number, the Assistant column to see one assistant's calls, or the Time column for the most recent. The newest calls are always at the top.
