Think of Calleague as a friendly helper that answers and makes phone calls for you. You set it up once in the app, and it handles calls the way you tell it to.

Getting started

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. None at all. If you can use a phone and fill in a simple form on a website, you can set up Calleague.

Everything happens in the app at app.calleague.ai. You give your assistant a name, write a few sentences about how it should behave, pick a voice and language, and you are ready. There is nothing to install and no code to write.

How do I create my first assistant?

It only takes a few minutes:

  1. Sign in at app.calleague.ai.
  2. Click New assistant and give it a name (for example, "Reception").
  3. Write a few simple sentences telling it what to do — like "Greet callers warmly, answer questions about our opening hours, and book appointments."
  4. Choose a voice and a language.
  5. Decide whether it should answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, or both.
  6. Connect a phone number with a few clicks.

That's it — your assistant is ready to talk to callers.

How it works

What languages can my assistant speak?

Your assistant can talk in 32 languages, including Turkish. It listens to the caller, understands what they want, and replies naturally in the language you choose. You can set up a different assistant for each language if you like.

Can it transfer the call to a real person?

Yes. Your assistant can hand the call over to a teammate whenever you want it to — for example, when a caller asks for something it cannot handle, or simply asks to speak to a person. You decide when this happens when you write your assistant's instructions.

Can it actually do things, not just talk?

Yes. When you connect your other tools — like your calendar or your customer list — your assistant can take real actions during a call. For example, it can:

  • Look up a customer's details
  • Check what times are free and book an appointment
  • Create a new record for a new caller

You connect these tools in the app, and from then on your assistant can use them while it talks.

Calls and recordings

Can I see what happened on a call?

Yes. While a call is happening you can watch a live transcript — the words being said, written out as they go. After the call, you'll find it in your call history, along with a recording if you chose to keep one.

How do recordings work?

Recordings are completely under your control. You choose whether calls are recorded at all. When they are, the recordings are kept private and protected, and only your team can listen to them. You can also ask for a recording to be deleted at any time.

Please remember to let callers know when a call is being recorded — it's the right thing to do, and in Türkiye and Europe it's also the law.

Your data and privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your calls and transcripts are kept private and protected so that only you and your team can see them. We never sell your data. You stay in control: you decide what is recorded, and you can ask for your data to be deleted whenever you want.

Calleague follows the data-protection rules of Türkiye (KVKK) and Europe (GDPR), so your customers' information is handled with care.

Plans and payment

How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?

Yes, there is a free trial so you can try Calleague before you pay anything. After that, there are three plans to choose from:

You can manage your plan and payment right inside the app, and Turkish payment methods are supported. You can change or cancel your plan whenever you need to.

Your team

How do I add teammates?

It's easy. In the app, go to your team settings and invite a teammate by email. When you invite someone, you choose their role, which decides what they can see and do. This way the right people get access without anyone seeing more than they should.
