Put it on your website

Add the Calleague chat-and-voice widget to your site by copying one line of code from the wizard's Website step and pasting it into your website.

Once your assistant is ready, you can put it on your website as a friendly chat-and-voice bubble — the kind you've seen in the corner of other sites. Visitors click it, ask a question, and get an instant answer. It takes one copy-and-paste.

You only copy one line of code. If you'd rather not touch your website yourself, you can hand that one line to whoever manages your site — they'll know exactly what to do with it.

What you'll do

  1. On the wizard's Website step, customize how the widget looks.
  2. Click Copy snippet to copy the one line of code.
  3. Paste it into your website (between the <body> tags), or send it to your web person.

Add the widget

Open the Website step

This is step 4 of the build wizard, titled Website. If you just finished the Preview step, you're already here. (You can also reopen your assistant later and return to it.)

The Website step: customize the widget colour, position and title, then the Website code and Copy snippet button

You'll see a Customize widget panel on the left and the ① "Website code" on the right.

Customize how it looks

Under Customize widget, choose your Color (pick one that matches your brand), set the Position to Right or Left (which corner the bubble sits in), and type a Widget title — this is the name your visitors see at the top of the chat, like "Gül Çiçekçilik".

You'll see your choices reflected in the snippet on the right.

Copy the snippet

Click the ② "Copy snippet" button. That copies the single line of code (the ① "Website code") to your clipboard.

You'll see the code is now copied and ready to paste. Prefer to skip your website for now? Click Open the app to start using your assistant inside Calleague instead.

Paste it into your website

Open the page where your website is edited and paste the line just before the closing </body> tag — that's the standard spot for a widget like this. Save and publish your site.

You'll see a small chat bubble appear in the corner you chose. Click it to check it opens.

Not comfortable editing your site? Email that one line to whoever built or manages your website and ask them to "add this snippet before the closing body tag." It's a routine, two-minute job for them.

Done! Your assistant is now live on your website, ready to chat with visitors and answer their questions from your information.

What your visitors will see

A small bubble sits in the corner of your site in the colour and position you chose. When a visitor clicks it, a chat panel opens with your Widget title at the top. They can type a question and get an instant reply, or use voice to talk to your assistant — all without leaving your page. It works on phones and computers alike.
