What is Calleague?
A friendly introduction to Calleague — your artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that talks to your customers by chat on your website and by phone, in many languages, set up entirely by clicking.
Welcome! Calleague gives you a friendly artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that talks to your customers for you — by chat on your website and by phone. Think of it as a tireless, polite helper who answers questions, books appointments, looks things up, and takes care of the routine, day or night.
You set everything up in a simple app in your web browser at app.calleague.ai. (A quick note: calleague.ai is our marketing site; app.calleague.ai is the app itself — you do your work there.) You do not need any technical skills. If you can fill in a form and click a few buttons, you can build your own assistant.
How to begin (in short)
- We give you the account. Calleague has no public "sign up" button. To get an account, click "Try for free" on calleague.ai or write to info@arpanet.com.tr. We send you an email and a password.
- Open your browser. On your phone or computer, open an internet browser (such as Chrome or Safari). In the address bar at the top, type app.calleague.ai and press Go / Search (on a computer, Enter) on your keyboard.
- Sign in in two steps: type your email and press Continue, then type your password and press Sign in. (If you forgot it, the Forgot your password? link helps.)
The full step-by-step guide with pictures: Getting started.

If you're starting from a phone, the first step is this: ① tap your phone's Browser (internet) icon, then ② type app.calleague.ai into the address bar and press Go (on the keyboard, Enter / Search). The sign-in screen below appears.

Signing in takes two steps, but the sign-in screen shows both fields together (it looks like the image above): ① the browser's address bar reads app.calleague.ai; ② you type your email into the Email, username or phone field and press Continue; ③ then, in the Password field, you type your password and press Sign in. If you can't remember your password, tap the Forgot your password? link at the bottom.
Your assistant works in 32 languages, including full Turkish. Your customers simply talk or type the way they normally would, and the assistant understands and replies in the same language.
No website? No problem. You can use Calleague without a website. When you create your assistant, a ready-made Share Link (a ready chat link you send to customers) is generated for you automatically. Here's the concrete path: Left menu → Studio (on a phone, tap the ☰ — three horizontal lines — menu at the top left) → open your assistant → Publish tab → Get started box → Share Link → Copy link. Once copied: open WhatsApp → go into a chat → press and hold the message box and choose Paste → Send. On Instagram, you can put the link in your profile (bio) link or send it in a DM/message. When your customer taps the link, they start talking to your assistant; no website needed.

First go to Left menu → Studio (on a phone, tap the ☰ menu at the top left); in your assistant list, press the ① Open button on the first row. Once the assistant opens, switch to the Publish tab and find the Get started box.

The Publish tab appears active; in the Get started box you see the ① Share Link and copy it with the ② Copy link button.
What it does, in one line
Calleague answers your customers — on your website and on the phone — and actually gets things done for them.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What is it? | An artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that chats and talks on the phone for you. |

| Where does it work? | On your website (a chat bubble), on a share link, and on a phone number. |
| Who is it for? | Any business with customers — clinics, shops, restaurants, agencies, offices. |
| How do I set it up? | In a friendly web app. No coding, nothing to install. |
| What languages? | 32 languages, including Turkish. |
| When does it work? | All day, every day — evenings, weekends and holidays included. |

Your home screen — a quick tour
The first screen you see after you sign in is Home (the main screen that greets you after sign-in — your dashboard). It greets you and offers a few big, friendly cards so you always know what to do next.

Take a moment to find these on the screenshot above:
| On the screen | What it is | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| The ① Calls & Inbox card | "Open inbox" button | See incoming and recent calls, listen back, and follow up. |
| The ② Talk to your assistant card | "Start chatting" button | Ask your assistant questions and get instant answers. |
| The ③ Create an assistant card | "New assistant" button | Set up a new AI assistant in a few simple steps. |
| The ④ Knowledge base card | "Manage knowledge" button | Add documents and websites so it answers from your information. |
| The ⑤ Get started checklist | A short to-do list | Walks you through your first setup, one tick at a time. |
On a new account everything looks empty — that's normal. Because you haven't created an assistant or received a conversation yet, lists and screens may come up blank. As soon as you build your first assistant and your first conversation arrives, this fills up on its own.
The Get started checklist is the easiest way to begin. It guides you through five small wins: create your first assistant, add a knowledge base, publish a share link, invite a teammate, and have your first conversation.
The menu on the left
Down the left side you'll find everything else, always one click away. (If you're on a phone, this menu is behind the ☰ button — three horizontal lines, i.e. the menu — at the top left.)
| Menu item | Takes you to |
|---|---|
| Portal | The screen where you chat with your assistant. |
| Home | This dashboard. |
| Create Assistant | The step-by-step assistant builder. |
| Calls | Your call inbox and call history. |
| Studio | The workspace where you open and edit your assistants and publish them from the Publish tab. |
| Knowledge | Your knowledge base (websites and documents). |
| Reports | A simple overview of how things are going. |
| Automation | Ready-made rules that run on their own (not required for beginners). |
| Account | Your team, phone numbers, plan and settings. |
You set up your assistant in minutes
When you click Create Assistant (from the ☰ menu at the top left on a phone), a wizard (a screen that walks you through one step at a time) opens. At the top you'll see four steps: Starting point, Train, Preview and Website.

Starting point. In the ① Assistant name box, type a name (for example "Support Assistant"). If you like, use the Business type filter row at the top (All / Support assistant / Appointment booking / Sales-customer) to pick a type and narrow down the cards, then choose a card. Then, under ② Choose a starting point, pick the card closest to your business — there are three starting points here: Support assistant, Appointment booking, and Sales / customer. Pick the one closest to your business (e.g. Appointment booking for a business that takes appointments). Don't worry if your exact industry isn't there — pick the closest one, then customise it with your own information in the next step. Press ③ Create & preview.
Train. You teach the assistant your own information: paste a web address (URL, e.g. www.yourbusiness.com) or upload a file. Once the assistant has read it, you'll see Indexed (it has read it, so now it knows) and press Continue. If you're adding it from a phone, you can also upload a photo of your menu (JPG) — if your menu is a photo, just upload it as is. You can add knowledge later too; if you prefer, choose Skip for now.
Preview. Try your assistant yourself in the live chat box — ask a few questions and keep adding knowledge until you're happy with the answers.
Website. You publish the assistant. If you have a website, you add a single line of code to it — as the screen says: "Paste this one line into your website — chat + voice, one widget." (you don't need to understand this code; if someone else built your site, just forward that line to them). If you don't have a website, take the Share Link generated here automatically with Copy link and send it to your customers over WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS; or start right away with Open app.
For a screen-by-screen walkthrough of every step, see Create your first assistant.
It works on the phone too
The same assistant can also talk over a phone number. From the left menu, go to Account (on a phone, tap the three horizontal lines ☰ at the top left), then open the Voice Calls section on the page that opens. You'll see four tabs (the heading buttons at the top): My Numbers, Phone connections, Call routing and Call History.

On the ① My Numbers tab you see your numbers, which assistant each is connected to, and its status: it reads Assigned when an assistant is connected, or Available when it's free. To add a new number, press ② Add Your Own Number; to connect a number to your assistant, press the Assign to App button below the number table. To set up the phone step by step, see Phone & voice.
How it helps a real business
Picture a small dental clinic. The phone rings while the front desk is busy, and at the same time someone is asking a question in the website chat.
- On the website, a visitor types "Do you do teeth whitening, and how much is it?" The assistant answers instantly from the clinic's own information — no one at the desk has to stop what they're doing.
- On the phone, a caller says "I'd like to book a check-up next week." The assistant offers an open slot, books it, and confirms the details out loud.
- Afterwards, the front desk sees a tidy written summary and transcript (transcript: the conversation written out word for word) of each conversation, so nothing slips through.
The clinic helped more people, booked more appointments, and the team had a calmer day — without hiring anyone new.
Why people choose it
- No missed customers. Chats and calls are answered the moment they arrive, even after hours.
- No menus to press. Customers just talk or type naturally — the assistant keeps up, even if they change their mind mid-sentence.
- It answers from your info. Add your website and documents once, and the assistant uses them instead of guessing.
- It does real tasks. Booking, lookups, taking messages, capturing new leads.
- Set up by clicking. No code, no equipment, no waiting on a technical team.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Conversations — both chats and calls — are kept private and protected with strong encryption. You decide whether calls are recorded, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Calleague follows Türkiye's KVKK and Europe's GDPR (laws that protect personal data). There's more on the Security & privacy page.
