Getting started

Getting started

Sign in to Calleague, take a guided tour of your Home dashboard, and get ready to build your first AI assistant — with real screenshots at every step.

Welcome! Calleague gives you a friendly AI assistant that chats with your customers and answers your phone calls — in your words, in your language. In the next 15 minutes we'll do this together, one click at a time: you'll sign in, look around your Home screen, and get ready to build your very first assistant.

Everything here is point-and-click. You don't need any technical skills, and you can't break anything by exploring.

If you can use email or a web page, you can use Calleague. Every step below shows you the exact button to click and a picture of what you'll see.

Step 1 and 2: sign in and tour your Home

Sign in to Calleague

In your web browser, go to app.calleague.ai. Type the email and password you signed up with, then sign in.

You'll see: after signing in, you land on your Home dashboard — your starting screen.

Look around your Home dashboard

This is your home base. It has a warm greeting at the top, four big cards in the middle, and a short checklist at the bottom.

The Calleague Home dashboard with four cards and a Get started checklist

You'll see four cards, each with one clear button:

  • ① "Calls & Inbox" — the Open inbox button takes you to your list of phone calls.
  • ② "Talk to your assistant" — the Start chatting button lets you chat with your assistant right away.
  • ③ "Create an assistant" — the New assistant button opens the build wizard. This is the one we'll use next.
  • ④ "Knowledge base" — the Manage knowledge button is where you teach the assistant about your business.

Notice the "Get started" checklist

At the bottom of the Home screen (marker ) there's a short checklist that ticks itself off as you go:

  1. Create your first assistant
  2. Add a knowledge base
  3. Publish a share link
  4. Invite a teammate
  5. Have your first conversation

Treat it like a friendly to-do list. This guide walks you through every item, in order.

Find your way around the left menu

Down the left side you'll always see the same menu: Portal, Home, Create Assistant, Calls, Knowledge, Reports, Automation, and Account. You'll use Create Assistant, Calls, Knowledge, and Account the most.

You'll see the page you're on highlighted in the menu, so you always know where you are.

Take your time clicking around. Nothing reaches your customers until you publish your assistant or connect a real phone number — so explore freely.

A real-world example

Imagine a small dental clinic. The phone rings all day with "Are you open Saturday?" and "Can I book a cleaning?" — and some calls come in after hours when no one can pick up.

With Calleague you build one assistant called "Reception", teach it your opening hours and prices, put a chat widget on your website, and connect your phone number. Now customers get a friendly, correct answer day or night, and every conversation is waiting for you in your inbox. The same idea fits a flower shop taking orders, a shop answering "where's my delivery?", or a busy office routing callers to the right person.
