Terms of Service
The simple rules for using Calleague, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
This page sets out the simple rules for using Calleague. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We have kept the language clear and friendly so you know exactly where you stand.
Calleague is operated by Arpanet Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Calleague", "we", "us"), based in Ankara, Türkiye.
This is a friendly, plain-language template — not legal advice. If you need wording tailored to your own business, please have it checked by a lawyer.

1. The service
Calleague gives you AI voice assistants that answer and make phone calls for you. An assistant talks with your callers naturally — it listens, understands what they want, answers questions, and can take simple actions like booking an appointment, looking something up, or passing the call to a person. It works in 32 languages, including Turkish. You set everything up in the app, with no technical skills needed.
2. Your account
- To use Calleague you create an account and give us correct, up-to-date details.
- Please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone else has got into your account, change your password and tell us right away.
- If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so on its behalf.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your team and for the roles you give them.
3. Using Calleague fairly
We ask you to use Calleague honestly and lawfully. Please do not use it to:
- break the law, or to harm or mislead other people;
- make unwanted, abusive, or illegal calls, or ignore the rules about marketing calls that apply to you;
- record calls without telling people, where your local rules require you to;
- create harmful or hateful content, or anything that targets or endangers others;
- try to break, overload, or get into parts of the service you are not meant to;
- get around your usage limits, your bill, or the safety measures we put in place;
- resell or rent the service to others unless we have clearly agreed to it in writing.
Serious misuse — for example using the service to harm people or to create banned content — can lead to your access being paused or closed straight away.
4. Phone calls and recording
When you use Calleague to make or take calls, you stay responsible for following the laws about calls where you operate. This includes telling people before you record, where that is required, and respecting any rules about marketing or automated calls. Recording is always optional, and you turn it on or off yourself in the app. You are responsible for getting any consent your callers' situation requires.
5. Plans and payments
Start with a free trial
You can try Calleague on a free trial to see if it fits your business before you pay anything.
Choose a plan that fits
When you are ready, pick Starter, Growth, or Enterprise. You can change plans as your needs grow.
Pay securely
Paid plans are billed based on the plan you choose and how much you use. Turkish payment methods are supported, and payments are handled securely.
A few things to know about money:
| Topic | What it means |
|---|---|
| Billing basis | You pay for your plan and your usage, as shown when you sign up or upgrade. |
| Price changes | Prices can change. Any change applies from the date it takes effect, never backwards. |
| Refunds | Unless the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. |
| Late or failed payment | If a payment is not made, we may pause your access until it is sorted out. |
| Taxes | Prices may have taxes added where the law requires. |
6. Your data is yours
- You own your data. The content, settings, recordings, and transcripts you create through Calleague belong to you.
- We only use your data to run and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We own Calleague itself. The Calleague software and its look, technology, and documents belong to Arpanet Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. We give you permission to use the service while your account is active. Please do not copy, resell, or take apart the service except where we clearly allow it.
- Other customers' data belongs to them. Please do not try to access or use it.
- If you give us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Calleague — with no obligation to you and at no cost to either side.
7. Connecting your other tools
Calleague lets you connect your own tools, such as your customer records or your calendar, so your assistant can do real things on a call. When you connect a tool:
- you confirm you are allowed to connect it and to share the information involved;
- the other tool has its own rules and we are not responsible for how it works;
- you can disconnect a tool at any time in the app.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Calleague running and reliable. From time to time we may need to carry out maintenance, and there may be events outside our control. We will do our best to keep any interruption short and to let you know in advance when we can. We do not promise the service will be available without any break at all times.
9. A few important notes about responsibility
- Calleague is provided "as is" — we cannot promise it will always be perfect or never have a hiccup.
- Your assistants are powered by AI, and AI can sometimes get things wrong or misunderstand. Please review important results before you rely on them.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses — such as lost profit, lost business, or lost data — that come from using the service.
- Where we are responsible, our responsibility is limited, as far as the law allows, to the amount you paid us for the service in the months before the issue.
- Nothing here removes any rights you have that cannot be removed by law, including consumer rights.
10. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using Calleague and close your account whenever you like.
- We may pause or close your access if these terms are broken, payments are not made, or the service is used unlawfully.
- When your account closes, your right to use the service ends. What happens to your data afterwards — including getting a copy or having it deleted — follows our Privacy Policy.
- The parts of these terms that should naturally continue after the agreement ends — such as data ownership and the notes about responsibility — keep applying.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email. Carrying on using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account.
12. Which law applies
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disagreement will be handled by the courts in Ankara, Türkiye, unless your local consumer rules give you the right to use the courts where you live.
